Below is our list of classes. Please select all that you wish to register for. Once your registration is received we will review your request(s) and will discuss with you changes, options, or recommendations.

I, the participant and parent or guardian of student, do hereby certify that I or my child is in good health and do not have any physical injuries, disabilities, impairments or health problems, which would interfere with mine or my child's participation at Vibes Dance Creations and hereby hold harmless Vibes Dance Creations, liable for any personal injuries of any description sustained during my child's voluntary participation therein.

I also understand that Vibes Dance Creations is a "hands on studio" which allows teacher's of record to instruct my child by assisting him or her with "hands on" professionalism.
